Hardly One could See a Policeman Helping a Citizen a Year Ago: Facebook User

A Facebook social network user Zohrab Yeganyan writes on his page:
“I’m shocked ))) A little while ago at about 5.28 pm on the estacade linking Kasyan and Baghramyan streets 3 police officers- 1 senior and 2 regulars were helping a driver to take the broken Gazel minibus out of the traffic. It’s a pity I couldn’t manage to take a photo; It was a very interesting scene, hardly one could see a policeman helping a citizen a year ago.
