Sleeping after a Meal is Healthful

People, who can find an hour to take a nap after a meal, have fewer problems with cardiovascular system.
Long-term work, a continuous state of unrest, sitting in front of a TV or a computer affect negatively on sleeping. According to scientists it can cause high blood pressure and heart problems.
Experts of Allegheny College of Pennsylvania found out through expertize what influence has at least 45-minute nap on cardiovascular system.
Experts chose 85 healthy students and divided them into two groups. The first group had the opportunity to take a nap for an hour after a meal, and the other group was deprived of that. During the expertise the students passed psychological tests their blood pressure was measured, special forms were filled in.
As a result it became obvious that afternoon nap has refreshing effect. Despite the fact that after psychological tests increase in blood pressure was observed among those who had a nap in the afternoon, the blood pressure regulated very quickly.
