Good Start of the Game is the Essential: Andy Murray
Sport
World’s 4th racquet Andy Murray before Wimbledon’s final mentioned that the start of the game will be of great importance.
The Scot has entered the final of “Grand Slam” tournament for 3 times, but has always lost.
Murray lost to Federer in the 2008 U.S. Open and 2010 Australian Open finals and to Novak Djokovic in the 2011 Australian Open final.
Britain’s first racquet mentioned that the first set will be key and added that he does think he can come back if he gets behind.
"I think on grass more than the other surfaces, matches can change quite quickly," he said. "Most of the sets are normally decided on one or two break points. Even if I lose the first set or the second set, I can always come back. Roger lost a couple matches from a couple sets up the last few years. So whereas in the past you might have thought going two sets down it was impossible. There's still time to come back. But ideally you want to try to get off to a good start. That would make a big difference, I'm sure," tennis.com quotes Murray’s words.
