“Ruben Hayrapetyan is inadequate.
First he kills Vahe, afterwards he declares that he is sorry for the occurred. Already yesterday he beats Arman and today he calls the latter to apologize. Unbridling has found its magical word in Armenia. Do whatever you want and apologize in the end.
I’m suggesting a new demand – to quickly move Ruben Hayrapetyan (Nemets), who is dangerous for society, to a psychiatric hospital.
