Mher Sedrakyan’s Nephew is Arrested

As a preventive measure towards NA RPA member Mher Sedrakyan’s (Tokhmakh Mher) nephew Arman Badalyan was chosen to be custody. Officer of Police Public Relation and Information Department Armen Malkhasyan.
Armen Malkhasyan mentioned that Arman Badalyan was accused by Article 258’s 3rd and Article 235’s 1st parts of the Criminal Code (illegal carrying of weapons). The Investigation is in process.
To remind you, on July 4 in one of railway station cafes Arman Badalyan- NA MP, RPA member Mher Sedrakyan’s (Tokhmakh Mher) nephew was arrested. A “Barret” type gun was found by him.
Concerning this, some media mention that Badalyan has participated in the skirmish of Railway Station Square on March 4, 2008, which was continued at a bakery. As a result Arsen Galstyan was killed by a gunshot injury. Badalyan’s name is also linked with the murder of mafia representative Suren Zoroyan (nicknamed “Bij”).
According to our data Badalyan is also suspended in other similar crimes.
