Ruben Veziryan doesn’t have any Demand from Ruben Hayrapetyan

On July 9 Mas Medias have spread information that during the candle-lighting ceremony near Harsnaqar restaurant Ruben Hayrapetyan beat the observer of Helsinki Association for Human Rights Arman Veziryan.
In this connection investigation began in the Police Investigation Department of Yerevan. Arman Veziryan was invited to the department to give explanation, who said that he isn’t going to complain of Ruben Hayrapetyan and doesn’t have any demand from him.
At the same time Arman Veziryan refused to receive a forensic doctor ticket and to go to forensic medical examination. Taking into account the fact that the above mentioned actions can save ground to commence a criminal case, and according to the Criminal Procedure Code of RA decision has made on denial of commencing a criminal case.
