A Week to Examine Kuban’s Rapid Response System

RF President Vladimir Putin demanded to submit the report on Kuban’s Rapid Response System’s work and on hydraulic state till the end of the week,- RIA Novosti announces.
“It’s necessary to analyze the causes of the occurred; how has the Rapid Response System worked and in what hydraulic state was the disaster area, in order to avoid the repetition of such disasters,” Putin declared, mentioning that the investigation definitely should be objective.
Earlier Minister of RF ES Vladimir Pachkov confessed the drawbacks of Rapid Response System’s work. He said that in conditions of the absence of systematic work they didn’t manage to inform about the floods all the residents of the region at the same time. The representative of RF Investigation Committee did not exclude the drawbacks of that structures.
