Samvel Aleksanyan’s Fake Vodkas were Confiscated

Fake vodkas, produced by “Alex Grig” LLC belonging to NA MP Samvel Aleksanyan, which were imitated to the production of famous Russian and Ukrainian companies, has been removed from sale by Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice.
This was informed by head of JACES Mihran Poghosyan in a press-conference held today in the Ministry. The law-breaking was found out by State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition, and the assistant manager was fined.
Labels and stoppers have also been confiscated. According to Mr Poghosyan, the proceedings haven’t been shortened, as far as according to him it is not excluded that “production can restart at any time”.
Note, that the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition has checked a few times at different periods and fined a few times the “Alex Grig” LLC belonging to the deputy Samvel Aleksanyan for illegal imitation of labels of Russian and Ukrainian vodkas and for confusing customers. The speech is mainly about the following vodkas: “Zelyonaya Metka”, “Rudnik”, “Ukraine”, “Khlopci”, “Medoff”, “Premium”, “Khlebni Dar”, “Parliament”, “Russki Brilliant”, “Bufetnaya Tradiciya.”
