A Complete Authority Change should be Implemented: Armen Rustamyan

Armenian foreign and domestic policy and social-economic situations have been the subject of study of the assembly of the ARF new Supreme Body.
The assembly of the Supreme Body have come to the conclusion that Armenian authorities haves completely failed due to their foreign and domestic policy. All the spheres have recorded regression, which has a destructive nature for our country. The proof of this are the extreme poverty, the emigration which received a new impetus, current monopoly system, day by day growing foreign debt, which as well leads to the migration of the capital.
ARF new Supreme Body’s main work is to implement a complete authority change, which means the resignation of current authorities. The mass opposition should be mobilized in Armenia, we should access to the square with very specific enquiries and explain the idea of the authority change to each citizen.
It’s necessary to change the presidential system into parliamentary one in order to eliminate this overcentred situation. In order to come out of the identified party-authority-state situation, it’s necessary to decentralize the authorities, to fix the clear mechanisms of control and suppression in the political system.
The opposition will be the chief force which will counterbalance the authorities. This force should be enabled with the opportunity to control the authorities. According to Amren Rustamyan these are the 2 ideas that can be the base for mobilizing oppositional bodies.
