Today head of the Police's Chief Investigation Department Arsen Ayvazyan in an interview with reporters gave explanations on Harsnaqar case which occurred on June 17, 2012.

Arsen Ayvazyan stated, that on July 6 Ruben Hayrapetyan has been interrogated as a witness, and he wasn’t accused of anything. According to him, based on Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 202 – a person can be accused of something exclusively in the presence of sufficient arguments, which will confirm a person’s participation in it. Arsen Ayvazyan stated that there is not single evidence which would prove Ruben Hayrapetyan’s participation or connection with the crime. Neither the sufferers nor the witnesses pointed his participation in the accident.
He also stated that, there are no cameras in the part where the beating took place.
