One of the Arrestees is Harsnaqar’s Driver and Deliverer

In the frames of charged case upon severe beating of military doctors in “Harsnaqar” restaurant, 6 employees of the restaurant, who are considered the defendants of the case, are arrested. They are accused according to the 1st and 6th sections of the 2nd part of Article 112 of Criminal Code, which is, causing a serious injury by a group of people and it supposes imprisonment of 5-10 years. And the 7th person-the manager of the restaurant has been released, because the investigation revealed that he didn’t participate in the beating,Arsen Ayvazyan, head of the Police's Chief Investigation Department  of especially important cases said today in the meeting with journalists.
In the framework of the criminal case with a direct suspicion of participating in the crime, employees of “Harsnaqar” restaurant Gagik Margaryan (security officer), Arman Khachatryan (security officer), Arman Baghdasaryan (security officer), Norayr Hayrapetyan(security officer), Arthur Babloyan (driver-deliverer) and David Adamyan (waiter) have been arrested. After their custody primary investigative actions were implemented.
All the arrestees have been showed to the victims, on the whole 28 investigative actions of recognition have been applied, many people have been questioned as witnesses, other investigative and litigation actions were applied as well.
