I can’t Oblige the NA Speaker: Naira Zohrabyan

The NA Speaker directly refers to the powers vested in him by law. This was told by head of PAP faction Naira Zohrabyan commenting Hovik Abrahamyan’s denial of application of NA four parties.
“Of course I agree, that it’s possible to find some format to put this question to discuss in the Parliament, but at the same time I can’t oblige the NA Speaker, and he refers to this or that part of the law”, said Zohrabyan.
Note, that NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan refused the application presented on July 2 by the four NA parties: Heritage Party, ARF, PAP and ANC.
In the application it was mainly suggested within the scopes of law to organize a meeting with law enforcement agencies responsible for investigation on Harsnaqar case, which refers to military doctor major Vahe Avetyan’s death, who was severely beaten by security workers of Harsnaqar restaurant complex on June 17, to give explanations and answer deputies’ questions.
