No one was Offered to Make a Payment or a Donation to the “Armenia” Fund Account : Clarification

Conncerning "American-Armenian Pavel Anderson says that he has bribed the representatives of the City Hall and Court” publication of the “Hetq” magazine, on July 10, we announce once more that the connection of the former head of RA Presidents office, Armen Gevorgyan to this case is absolutely limited in the event which was mentioned in the following clarification given to "Hetq":
“The meeting was held exclusively with the initiative of “Vizcon” company and was of a business nature. In the meeting the company representative was explained that The RA President’s office staff by no means can interfere in the cases being proceeded in the judicature.
We inform that Armen Gevorgyan as in the RA President office staff, as well working in his current position, never ever offered anyone to make a payment or a donation to the account of “Armenia” fund.
Inferring from the mentioned we think that the relations with the fund are in the frames of “Vizcon” company’s own initiative.
With the mentioned case the assumptions of A. Gevorgyan’s control over the court simply have nothing to do with the reality
Concerning to the July 11 publication of “Haykakan Zhamanak” newspaper, it’s not correct when the source to which reference is made , is used selectively - even distorting the presented information.
