Demand for Special Session

“We demand punishment of the culprits of Harsnaqar incident” initiative announced the following:
“Yesterday parliamentary 4 parties’, ARF, ANC, PAP and “Heritage”, application, on organizing a meeting with law enforcements, dealing with the criminal case of Harsnaqar incident, directed to NA Speaker, has been refused.
This proves once again that RA political authorities are not going to provide a public investigation of the criminal case and avoid the questions directed to the discovery of incident’s real image.
The NA parties, though, according to RA law, are able to invite a NA special session to finish the process of depriving Ruben Hayrapetyan from his mandate.
We call the NA MPs to immediately implement measures for inviting a NA special session, according to the law procedure.”
