Now I can’t Get: Which one is Bad?

Facebook social network user Arakel Semirjyan wrote on his page:

“So the RA authorities accuse the PAP representative Oskanyan of using the charity money for his own benefit, at the same time PAP MP Tsarukyan is accused of (because of keeping buses for charitable purposes in Abovyan City) spending his own money for charitable purpose. Now I can’t get, which one is bad: serving charitable money for one’s own benefit or serving one’s own money for charitable purposes?”
