Being a member of ARM David Shahnazaryan is willy-nilly in ANC,- ANC coordinator, head of NA ANC party Levon Zurabyan said in the meeting with journalists. According to the latter, David Shahnazaryan didn’t say that he left ANC: “ He said that he left ANC central office; these are different things. The central office is the headquarters and he is a member of headquarters. He refused his status in headquarters,” Zurabyan mentioned.
ANC coordinator also reminded that such problems occurred as well with Alexander Arzumanyan, who, being an ARM member and having disagreements with ANC, left ANC only after leaving ARM.
