I don’t See the Necessity of Extraordinary Session on Harsnaqar case: Eduard Sahrmazanov

Today the “We demand to punish the culprits of Harsnaqar incident” initiative is holding an action at 1 pm with the demand to convene an extraordinary session.
For the purpose of clarification Lurer.com connected to NA Vice-Speaker, Press Speaker of ARP Eduard Sharmazanov, who expressed the opinion that he doesn’t see the necessity of convening an extraordinary session on Harsnaqar incident, as far as the case is in legal field and should be solved just exactly there.
Sharmazanov thinks that the investigative bodies and the Police work very publicly and the information is quickly spread.
“Of course, according to the RA Constitution and legislation, each citizen has the right to make offers, claims and appeals. And the rest is the problem of the political forces, which enterprise to gather 44 signatures”, states Sharmazanov.
