Edmon Maruqyan can’t Sign under the Document on Convening a Special Session

NA non-party deputy Edmon Marukyan physically can’t be present in Yerevan. He Marukyan himself informed about this in an interview with Lurer.com.
He stated that he’d wish to sign under the document, but he can’t manage to come to Yerevan.
“I’m for this initiative and told about it in public. I always follow the process”, finished Maruqyan.
