ANC party MP Nikol Pashinyan, in the interview with Lurer.com, responding to the question, what further steps should be undertaken if 44 MPs won’t sign the document for convening an extraordinary session, stated his own opinion: “You know that the form has 24-hours legal power, but I think that, if the 44 signatures are not gathered in 24 hours, anyway the form should be preserved and the signing should be continued symbolically as sign of the fact that Harsnaqar incident continues to remain in the center of attention of the Parliament and the public.”
