British scientists believe that 3 hours of less sitting a day may prolong human life for two years. The article has been published in the British Medical Journal, RIA Novosti agency informs.
In addition, 2 hours of less watching TV will add to your life 1.4 more year. This conclusion was made in the USA from the June of 2005 until the October of 2009 by the researchers who formulated the national reports on health and nutrition.
