Forecast of Meteo-tv.am and Reality

The following post can be found on the first page of Meteo-TV, which is the first provider of weather forecast reports in Armenia.
"Weather in Yerevan. Mostly without precipitation, sunny weather on July 14: July 15 - mostly sunny, but there is a probability of transitory rain; wind up to 7-10 mps is possible."
Note, that yesterday there was downpour in Yerevan. And not only there has been no forecast about the downpour on Meteo-tv.am but also even after the occurrence of the downpour the “mostly without precipitation” weather forecast (already history) for yesterday has not been changed.
