Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide
Award for Articles on Armenian Genocide in International leading newspapers, magazines, online periodicals and on TV/radio programs.
“Tashir” foundation and “We demand increased funding for science” (DIFS) Facebook initiative (www.facebook.com/science.and.finance) towards the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide announces awards for journalists on published articles in International leading newspapers, magazines, online periodicals, blogs, on TV/radio programs.
The list of the leading media qualifying for the contest will be announced in a separate message.
RA citizens as well as Diaspora and foreign scientists are eligible to participate in the competition.The articles should be publicized after the day of this announcement.
The applications are admitted until March 31, 2015( included). The applications can be submitted immediately after the publishing of the article, in a row, until the mentioned deadline.
The results of the competition will be announced on April 20 of each year. There will be an additional message about the values of the prizes.
For each year’s competition only the articles published from the April of the previous year to the March 31 of that year will be reviewed. The awarded articles won’t be reviewed in the next competitions.
The results of the competition will be announced by “Tashir” foundation, DIFS, and by the committee formed of the representatives of world Armenologist centers.
