Who is Going to Protect RA Citizens from Doctors?

Journalist Hasmik Hambardsumyan wrote on her Facebook page:
“These doctors are very interesting: they write an open letter to the President, demanding to take care of their security. Now I’m wondering: who is going to protect thousands of citizens, including children from doctors? Today in tert.am I’ve read about the latest incident, when a one year-old child has not been accepted to a hospital and was forced to run around medical centers until the child died. Recently Panorama wrote about another incident, when a child had been in coma for 2 months….and thousands of similar cases…
