Son of MP Stole a Car by Threatening with Gun

On July 18 at 3.35 am from the Police Department of Yerevan information was received in Armavir City Police Department that Virab A. born in 1987 called them and informed that a stranger getting off “GAZ 24” threatened with gun and stole his “VAZ 2106”.
The operational group found out that Artak G., born in 1982, the same day at about 3.30 am getting off his “GAZ 24” car near the school of Sardarapat village in Armavir region, by threatening with gun stopped Virab A.’s “VAZ 2106” and taking the passenger out of the car and leaving “GAZ 24” car left with “VAZ 2106”.
It’s informed from the Police that Artak G. is arrested.
Armavir Regional Police Investigation Division initiated a criminal case under Article 183 of the Criminal Code, Part 1, Article 183 (3) Paragraph 3 of Article 235 paragraph 1 and paragraph attributes.
Investigation is in process.
According to the information of Lurer.com, the arrestee is Artak Gevorgyan son of ARP MP Nahapet Gevorgyan’s son.
