Afterwards, another official - the investigator of most important cases, Arsenyan, said that they haven’t been members of bodyguards, but sometimes accompanied Ruben Hayrapetyan.
According to the speaker, this is a direct link to the case, which taking as a base, they demand to involve Hayrapetyan in the case as a suspect. “This, I think, is a step worth concealing, I don’t say that they conceal it, but I just say that this is a step, because we are there to prevent them from concealing,” Sanasaryan said.
He, referring to the police recent press conference, said that it was noted that Hayrapetyan was in Harsnaqar until 7.30 pm and left afterwards.
“Turns out that if Hayrapetyan says, then it was so. I’ll add something else. All you have seen the video , where Hayrapetyan directly says how he solves problems. We repeatedly cited this facts, but the police didn’t make any reference during the interview. This is a serious reason for us not to believe in the process. We know our task, we know how to fight and achieve the real disclosure of the case,” Sanasaryan said.
The representative of the initiative also highlighted that in such cases, when a security officer is in a clash, the head of the security service is being informed, but till now it’s unknown whether the heads of security been questioned or not, details were revealed or not. “The head of the security is not only being informed, but also everything happens with his consent . Until now we don’t know whether there is a security head in the six or not,” he said and added that some citizens, who work at the object belonging to Hayrapetyan, say that Hayrapetyan is being reported on every move: “This is a reason to suspect”.
“The atmosphere of impunity is more than the deed of Ruben Hayrapetyan and his bodyguards taken separately. That is more global. I want to repeat that our problem is not with some person, our problem is against the system. If we won’t be able to finish this case and the culprits won’t be punished, not the initiative separately loses, but RA citizens and RA, in general, lose. We have connections with our Diaspora communities. There will be more protests in the future, during which they’ll make more announcements. There is a mutual support,” Sanasaryan said and added that the problem is very serious and the solution to the problem must come exclusively from the Constitution and law.
Sanasaryan also mentioned that they are willing to cooperate with any reasonable initiative.
