According to our data, today afternoon Vardan Ghukasyan’s son, Spartak, in his armed BMW x5, stopped on about 30 meters from Samvel Balasanyan’s house, who is nominated for the city mayor in the future Local elections, and cursed in a loud voice and shouted with threatening expressions. The latter also threatened, that “you won’t enjoy”.
News of this incident quickly spread all over Gyumri and many Gyumri citizens were simply shocked one more time.
