The Band of Vardan Ghukasyan's Son to Hold a Protest Action

A group of Gyumri citizens wrote an open letter to the authorities. The letter is totally presented below:
“Respectable central authorities, yesterday, when NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan visited Gyumri, and when it became clear that Vardan Ghukasyan is not going to put his candidacy in the coming elections, Gyumri was turned into a concentration camp.
The son of the latter, Spartak Ghukasyan, together with his friends and bodyguards began terrorizing people, declaring that no one can make his father not to put his father’s candidacy. At this moment bands of Spartak are recruiting people to hold a protest tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in the central square of the city, as they did at Hovik Abrahamyan’s visit.
People are terrorized and are made to promise that they will come for sure, all are enlisted; there were even cases of beating in Sabotka district. Spartak says to everyone that they have spat on any power of Yerevan and on any person.
We ask you to bring troops to Gyumri, protect people from the wild, people are horrified.”
