Popular Armenian singer, Professor at Yerevan State Musical-Pedagogical College named after Arno Babajanyan, People’s artist, solo performer of the Armenian Television and Radio’s Variety Band Raisa Mkrtchyan has been honored with the Education Ministry’s Golden Memory Medal on the occasion the 70th anniversary of her birthday.

According to a press release by the Ministry, the singer has received the award from Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan.
