Investigation is in Process. Armen Malkhasyan

Photo-journalist Gagik Shamshyan reported to tert.am that the officers of General Criminal Investigation Department and the same department’s Rapid Response Unit, brought all the 6 arrestees of Harsnaqar case to the General Investigative Department of Police.
According to the photo-journalist, it is possible that today they’ll be moved to Harsnaqar restaurant complex, for performing of investigatory experiment, i.e. the detainees must tell and show who was where and was doing what on the very day at that time.
In the interview with lurer.com, Armen Malkhasyan, the officer of Police Public Relations and Information Department, neither denied nor confirmed, instead noted that investigation is in process. “Although it has been completed long ago. It is an action to be included in the investigation.” Malkhasyan mentioned.
Note, that on June 17 at 11 pm, the security officers of the Harsnaqar restaurant complex, belonging to the family of RA NA MP Ruben Hayrapetyan, beat the head of ENT department of RA MP Yerevan garrison hospital , Major Vahe Avetyan, who was moved to Muratsan military hospital. Vahe Avetyan died on June 29 at about 7 pm.
A criminal case has been proceeded concerning the case, according to the 2nd section of 112th article, which is- intentionally causing a heavy injury to 2 or more people.
6 people have been detained Gagik Margaryan, Arman Baghdasaryan, David Adamyan, Arman Khachatryan, Norayr Hayrapetyan and Arthur Babloyan.
