According to the data of 2010 the representatives of global elite concealed more than 21 trillion US dollars from taxes.
The survey was carried out by the order of Tax Justice Network company. The report on the results of the survey was prepared by the former economist of the McKinsey consulting company, James Henry. According to his interpretation, the announced 21 trillion US dollars, which is equal to the sum of US and Japanese GDPs, is pretty far from the real indicator. The real amount of the financial means of Overwealthy people in the offshore can reach up to 32 trillion US dollars.

The author of the report also mentions that the hidden tax payments will be enough to solve the financial problems of many countries.
Henry’s research seem skeptical to some specialists. “ If we consider that the means have been intensively concealed, then a question rises, where do tax authorities look at. But in reality tax authorities of USA, Great Britain and Germany carry out a huge work towards it,” a tax specialist and the councilor of Briitish government, John Whiting said.
