Government Rejected Samvel Balasanyan

Today at Government’s regular meeting discussing Samvel Balasanyan’s six bills with the legislative initiative on changes and additions in RA some laws was expressed against or considered not expedient their adoption, presenting justifications in RA Government conclusion drafts, which will be submitted to the National Assembly.
With one of his legislative bills Balasanyan suggested in case of having 10 and more children, mothers would be grated with medal “honorable mother”. In case of having 8-9 children it was suggested to define “maternal feat of the first degree”, in case of 6-7 children – “maternal feat to the second degree” and in case of 4-5 children - “maternal feat of the third degree” titles, which could have become basis for maternal and moral support.
