Duty-Free Registration of Commercial Organizations

Ministry of Justice reports that from July 25, the duty of 17000 AMD will no longer be charged for the registration of commercial organizations. In order to register a company, the citizens applying to the state register of RA MJ legal entities, are no longer obliged to pass the examination stage of the name, Irrelevant of the name, the registration of the company will take 15-20 minutes.
