2 Armenian Deputy Governors Submit Resignations by the Decision of Tigran Sargsyan

The Deputy Governors of Armenia’s Lori and Gegharkunik regions have formally handed their resignations.

Being guided by Section 1.7 of the Republic of Armenia President’s decree dated May 6, 1997, and with the decision by Armenia’s Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Aghvan Varderesyan has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Governor of Lori Region, and upon his submission, the Government press service informs.

And with another decision by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Artush Ghukasyan has been dismissed of his duties as Deputy Governor of Gegharkunik Region, and likewise upon his formal submission.
