"After the parliamentary elections, held on May 6, 2012 "Prosperous Armenia Party made a political decision not to participate in the formation of a coalition government. Remaining loyal to the political decision of our party, we declare about the resignations that we submitted today. After the elections our short-term office  had only one aim, that is, not to endanger and complete current projects. We thank our ministers and governors for the cooperative work, wishing them success in solving the problems facing the country.
