Gyumri Citizens are not Collecting Signatures for Vardan Ghukasyan

Recently, rumors were circulating in the press about the fact that young people from Gyumri are collecting signatures in support of Vardan Ghukasyan. The City Hall of Gyumri referred to it.
"In response to the recent information spread in the paper and electronic press, that young people organized a signature collecting in support of Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, we clarify that the Gyumri mayor or his team members have no connection with the organization of the mentioned measures, as well as with the electronic voting, and won’t have. That is not appropriate to the mayor's work-style.
The spread information is fake,” reads the message released by Gyumri City Hall.
