Right
Civilitas Foundation released a statement, which is totally presented below:
“Civilitas Founder and MP Vardan Oskanyan applied to the Court of Appeal to complain against the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative District of Yerevan on July 23. With that decision the Court refused to comply with the complaint with which he demanded to lift RA NSS decision to arise a criminal case on May 25, 2012.
With the confirmation of Vardan Oskanya’s advocate Tigran Atanesyan, there are all the basis to apply to Court of Appeal. “In its reasons the Court states that Vardan Oskanyan’s rights aren’t violated, which in any way is an unreasoned conclusion. At the same time the court didn’t rebound and respond to the arguments of our complaint”, commented Tigran Atanesyan.
Executive Director of Civilitas Foundation Salbi Ghazaryan with the letter addressed to State Revenue Committee chairman Gagik Khachatryan enquired the reasons for suspending the inspections toward the accuracy of Civilitas’ interrelations with the state budget.. Check works, which after the prolonging were to finish on August 3, 2012, with the command of RA State Revenue Committee chairman has been suspended for 30 working days since July 23.”
