Syrian Consul in Yerevan Ends Diplomatic Mission

With an official bulletin, the Syrian Embassy in Armenia has informed about Syria’s Consul to Armenia, Mohamed Hossam Hafez ending his diplomatic mission in Yerevan, Armenia’s MFA Press Secretary Tigran Balayan told Lurer.com.
The reason of ending his diplomatic mission is not mentioned in the bulletin.
To note, the clashes in Syria continue ever since March 2011 and, according to the United Nations reports, 17,000 Syrians have lost their lives as a result of these incidents.
