Do you Think the Condition of 2005 and Now to be the Same?

Lurer.com talked to representative of the ARF Supreme Body Armen Rustamyan on nominating his candidacy by ARF for Gyumri mayor in September.
According to him, the charter demands, that the decision was made first by the local body then to be confirmed by SB.
To the question why years ago the same candidate for the mayor elections in Gyumri presented self-rejection in the middle of the rally, Armen Rustamyan replied:
“Seven years ago something happened, and now you’re asking about that, according to you, is this a normal question? Or do you think that the condition of 2005 and now is the same?” concluded the latter, saying these are things that don’t have any connection to each other.
Armen Rustamyan’s resentment was incomprehensible, when years ago the candidate which presented self-rejection again is being nominated as a candidate for Gyumri mayor , and we just tried to know with what his self-rejection in 2005 was conditioned.
To note, yesterday ARF released a statement that on the coming mayor elections in Gyumri on September 9 ARF will present its own candidate. The candidate of ARF is regional officer of Shirak Hovsep Simonyan, which is Deputy Head of financial department of the Shirak region.
