Ghukasyan Manifested himself rather Normally: Rafik Grigoryan

According to press publications, Deputy Regional Governor, ARP member Artyush Ghukasyan was dismissed, as his work was unsatisfactory.
In an interview with Lurer.com Governor of Gegharkunik region, ARP member Rafik Grigoryan denied that news stating that they didn’t complain of his work. “Ghukasyan manifested himself normally at his work, he’s a professional leader.”
To the question whether there is a candidate for the Deputy Governor, Rafik Grigoryan said, “There is no candidate yet. ARP has many candidates and will discuss in its council who the new Deputy Regional Governor is going to be.”
To note, according to official information lead by the RA Presidents decree-728, point 1.7 of May 6, 1997, according to the decision of RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan Artush Ghukasyan dismissed from Deputy Regional Governor’s position of Gegharkunik, according to his application.
