The majority of poplars in the area of “JOSE” café, in Ring park, near Khanjyan street are drying in suspicious circumstances. According to witnesses, the poplars were quite healthy 1-2 years ago. Taking into account the practice accepted in the society, that in order to become more established in the area, the trees are being dried somehow, then we can assume that the trees are drying by the influence of the human factor.
