Stone Symphony a Property? (Video)

A rather unpleasant tendency is being observed in the resort areas of Armenia. Suddenly people appear on the rivers banks, in the cloughs, and in other resort areas and declaring that it’s their property, demand money for access. Such a situation has been created in Garni clough, near the “Stone Symphony”. The old man sitting on the edge of the road demands 1000 AMD from all the passing cars, telling, that it’s his own property and he himself takes care of it and protects. He claims that he is registered in Abovyan tax service under Hrant Hambardsumyan name. But it’s strange, that when demanding CCM coupons he doesn’t show, neither he shows property documents. Now a question arises, what is the basis of the privatization of these areas, and if these are not privatized or rented, then, in this case, where is the police?
