In today's press conference, the coordinator of Environmental Alliance, Silva Adamyan, referring to the building of Gilan area said: "The construction was stopped, yet 2 years ago, a commission was created in order to examine the appropriateness of the building, but it turns out that the commission adhesively argues and doesn’t give any solution to the problem."
It is interesting that the Ministry of Environmental Protection has sent letters to "Hovazadzor Ltd" several times, but so far the company has not responded to these letters,” said Silva Adamyan.
The other speaker of the press conference, Arthur Grigoryan, referring to the same subject, said that the "Khosrov reserve" civil initiative and the environmental activists demand:

To dismantle the stone building built in the territory of “Khosrov Forest” State Reserve.
To stop the road construction in “Khosrov forest” under the cover of "fire roads" construction.
To charge all the officials who participated in the changing the protection regime of certain areas of “Khosrov forest” state reserve into reserve called “GIlan” and in permitting to build an entertainment object in that area.
To oblige the above-mentioned officials and the charge of the construction- "Hovazadzor Ltd", to compensate all the damages, which should arise during the dismantling of the stone building (the object) and bringing "Khosrov forest" to its previous state.

According to the speaker’s information, the reserve building belongs to NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, but there is no precise evidence.
