Lawyers didn’t Receive any Notice from the Police

Lawyers Lusine Hakobyan and Tigran Yegoryan didn’t receive any notice to go to investigative department of Especially Important Cases of Criminal Case Department of RA Police. This told Lurer.com Tigran Yegoryan, denying the message of RA Police, according to which on July 27, 2012 appropriate letter was sent to lawyers Tigran Yegoryan and Lusine Hakobyan, by which on August 1, 2012 at 5 pm they are invited to investigative department of Especially Important Cases of Criminal Case Department of RA Police in order to get acquainted with procedural documents and receive the copies.
According to Yegoryan, they raised all that noise for the purpose of being called to the Police sooner to get acquainted with the materials. “Why shouldn’t we go there?”
To note, the lawyers demand to provide immediately all documents and materials of Harsnaqar case, with which they have the right to get acquainted by virtue of the Criminal Procedure Code.
