Vote on the resolution of conflict in Syria will be held tomorrow at UNO General Assembly.
Russian news agencies citing diplomatic sources inform that the document presented by Saudi Arabia didn’t undergo considerable changes.
Unilateral sanctions call towards Damascus addressed to the states was removed from the text. Besides, the chapter on dismissing President Bashar Al-Assad disappeared from the document, which was viewed as a mandatory condition for peaceful transfer of power. At the same time authors of the document are waiting for removal of the troops from Damascus, as well as cessation of the use of military equipment.
