Rule of Law can’t Be Provoked. Heghine Bisharyan

“RoL can’t be provoked” ROL vice-chairman Heghine Bisharyan said in the interview with lurer.com, commenting on the viewpoint of the chairman of “ Arena” club- Levon Barseghyan, that RoL has been provoked to support Vardan Ghukasyan in the Mayor elections of Gyumri.
“Firstly RoL is a political force having a biography of 15 years and it understands very well when, where and whom to support, secondly, RoL hasn’t accepted such a decision to support Vardan Ghukasyan, and thirdly, the Gyumri responsible of RoL- Hovhannes Margaryan, clearly stated, that, if Vardan Ghukasyan is nominated, we- the members of the political team of Gyumri, will support him, because we’ve worked with Vardan Ghukasyan for years, we tried to solve the problems of Gyumri citizens, and realized many projects together, as a result of which, it is possible, that RoL team of Gyumri may support vardan Ghukasyan. But since it’s not clear yet, what decision will make RoL, it’ll be better, if such people, who express opinions, would be more attentive, what did RoL say and what did Gyumri representative of RoL, Hovhannes Margaryan say, and to make conclusion only after it.
In response to the question, whether and RoL will again support Vardan Ghukasyan’s candidacy or not, if RPA supports the candidacy of Samvel Balasanyan, Bisharyan said: “ I think, that no matter who will be nominated, RoL will present its decision of support once it is made. This is, I think is going to be RoL’s decision. No matter which political team supports whom, here it’s a matter of personality, and I think, it’s not mandatory. Thus, the decision belongs to the political forces.”
