Spokesperson for RA MFA Tigran Balayan confirmed the information that Armenia’s consulate general has been moved out of Aleppo.
Asked whether the reports on consulate moving are true, Balayan said, “Yes, for a more efficient and safe organization of consular services provided to the local Armenians, Consulate General of Armenia in Aleppo was temporarily moved closer to the Armenian-populated districts”, said he.
