According to Preliminary Data RPA Candidate is Elected Mayor of Talin

According to the preliminary data, the candidate of leading Republican party, Sargis Aramyan, has been elected Mayor of Talin in the extraordinary elections held on Sunday. Hovhannes Asatryan, the chairman of election commission of No. 15 voting precinct, reported on this to “ Azatutyun” radio station.
According to that, Sargis Aramyan received 1217 votes, Vorosh Khachatryan, a self-nominated candidate, who has the support of Rupublican MP Mnatskan Mnatsakanyan, received 840 votes. “Prosperous Armenia” party candidate Vazgen Khachatryan received 817 votes. Self-nominated non-partisans Gagik Karapetyan received 190 votes, and Edward Grigoryan- 28 votes.
