Violations and Unprecedented Pressure Atmosphere in Talin. PAP Alarms

Lurer.com interviewed NA PAP faction secretary Naira Zohrabyan, who reported on the violations during the elections in Talin. PAP candidate Vazgen Khachatryan also participated in the elections.
As Naira Zohrabyan reports, obvious illegalities, particularly ballot stuffing, skirmish, ballot box stealing have not occurred, like in the previous elections, according to tradition, but their proxies recorded a number of violations.
“This time red and blue pens have been given, with which the citizens voted in order to present a proof to those who ordered them. As during the parliamentary elections, this time as well the elections were held with volatile stamps, some time was required to discover the drawbacks and eliminate the problem.
We witnessed innovations in three of the voting precincts, when 50-60 voters came to vote, accompanied by another person, in the case when the latters don’t have any health problems. When I tried to check the reason for the innovation in a voting precinct of Talin, one of the members of the commission acted originally and said, that don’t I know that people above 60 are illiterate and the people who accompany them, help to reason the names of the candidates, “ said naira Zohrabyan.
According to him, an atmosphere of unprecedented pressure rules in Talin. Since the governor of Talin faces the issue of further office, he put al l the efforts to provide the victory of the RPA candidate, although the difference between the RPA and PAP candidates was only 325 votes.
Naira Zohrabyan intends to introduce the bill to NA in September, according to which, if a person claims that he has serious health problems and the presence of the escort is mandatory, and at least one member of the commission doubts, the voter must present a medical notification, to prove to the state of health.
