Sargsyan and Putin to Discuss Eurasion Integration Issue

Today at the official meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Vladimir Putin in Moscow Russian and Armenian interaction issues within the framework of Eurasian integration processes, particularly within CIS, CSTO circles are going to be discussed. This reports Interfax adding, that at the meeting main issues of cooperation in political, humanitarian and trade-economic areas are going to be discussed. The state in Transcaucasia is also going to be discussed.
Beside that cooperation of Russia and Armenia within the framework of Eurasia integration issue is also planned to be discussed.
The agency states, that Russia is the chief foreign investor of Armenia and one of the main trade partners: in January-May of 2012 the accumulative volume of Russian investments in Armenia exceeded $2.8 billion, with bilateral trade turnover making $431,8 million.
To note, lots of Armenian experts are of the opinion that integration to Eurasian Union is not in the best interest of the country.
