Preliminary inquest on Harsnakar case is completed. The materials of the six accused are separated and distributed to parties to get acquainted with them.
In mother case the part of unidentified people is left, investigation of which will process.
When the parties accomplish acquaintance with the materials, bill of indictment will be formed and sent to the Court. This told Lurer.com officer of RA Police Media and Public Relations Department Armen Malkhasyan.
Lurer.com talked to Vahe Avetyan’s successor’s (father’s) lawyer Tigran Yegoryan, to clarify whether it’s a means to conceal the case or it didn’t have precedents.
Tigran Yegoryan stated that this case has its precedents like cases of March 1 and October 27, when a part was separated from the case and was forgotten, Tigran can’t but say that an attempt is made to conceal the case.
“Until we get acquainted with the materials and understand what actions were taken during the investigation, what actions they should have done, but haven’t done, what actions were wrong, we can’t say clearly and try to smother the case.
We need to reveal all their gaps. When we reveal, we’ll give our conclusion, we’ll formulate our assumptions, that this or that gap exists in the investigation, it’s even possible that by revealing some gaps we can lead to resume the investigation. This is the nail of the problem.
Are they ready to resume the investigation if we reveal gaps? We have a lot of time and volume for the work.”
